§ 14.36.010. Creation.

The city council of the city of Hydaburg hereby authorizes the creation of a port authority to be known as the Inter-Island Ferry Authority pursuant to the Alaska Municipal Port Authority Act (AS 29.35.600—29.35.730), said authority to be a public corporation of the city of Hydaburg and the other participating municipalities identified in this chapter.
