§ 14.36.040. Boundaries of the Inter-Island Ferry Authority.

The boundaries of the Inter-Island Ferry Authority shall be the boundaries of the real property, including terminals and all related ferry-system support facilities owned, leased or otherwise operated and controlled by the Inter-Island Ferry Authority in the conduct of its business consistent with its purpose as set forth in Section 14.36.030 hereof.
