§ 14.36.110. Annual report.

Within ninety days following the end of the fiscal year of the Inter-Island Ferry Authority, the board shall distribute to the governing body of each participating municipality a report describing the operations and financial condition of the Inter-Island Ferry Authority during the preceding fiscal year. The financial report must itemize the cost of providing each category of service offered by the Inter-Island Ferry Authority and the income generated by each structure, powers, or duties of the Inter-Island Ferry Authority or operation of facilities of the Inter-Island Ferry Authority.
