§ 18.20.450. Hearing.

A public hearing on the proposed amendment shall be held by the planning and zoning commission, and shall explicitly consider the consistency of the proposed amendment with the adopted comprehensive plan of the city including the Hydaburg coastal zone management plan. After public hearing, the planning and zoning commission shall send its recommendation to the city council, together with certified copies of minutes and public records relating to the proposed ordinance.
