It is unlawful for any person to deal, play, carry on, open or cause to be opened
or to conduct, either as an owner, or employee, whether for hire or not, any game
of faro, roulett, rouge et noir, rondo, twenty-one, poker, draw poker, brag, bluff,
craps or any banking or other game played with cards, dice or other device or slot
machine, whether these are played for money, checks, credit or any other representative
of value or to gamble in any other way within the city limits.
