§ 9.16.090. Control of minors.

A.
It is unlawful for any person having custody or control of a minor to allow such minor to remain out past curfew except as listed in Section 9.16.040 under "exceptions."
B.
It is prima facie evidence that the person having custody or control of the minor should have known or has been told by the village public safety officer in the past one hundred twenty days that the minor is again out past curfew.
