§ 14.36.070. Administration of the Inter-Island Ferry Authority.

A.

The Inter-Island Ferry Authority shall be governed by a board of directors ("board"), which shall exercise the powers of the Inter-Island Ferry Authority.

B.

The board shall appoint a chief executive officer of the Inter-Island Ferry Authority who serves at the pleasure of the board.
